Hi Loves!

Just a quick post about my current haircare routine since many of you have asked about what I use. My haircare routine is constantly changing especially when it comes to Shampoo and Conditioner. One thing always stays constant though my It’s a 10 Miracle Leave in Product. I absolutely LOVE this stuff and have repurchased it again and again.

It is supposed to do the following 10 things:

1. Repairs dry, damaged hair.

2. Adds shine.

3. Smooths and controls frizz.

4. Seals and protects hair color.

5. Detangles.

6. Prevents split ends.

7. Stops hair breakage.

8. Creates silkiness.

9. Enhances natural body.

10. Thermal protector.

I have to agree that is does all of these things without weighing down my hair. I have medium course hair that is naturally curly/wavy. Usually I have tons of frizz but this product really tames my hair and keeps me in control of my locks!

In January I purchased their Shampoo and Conditioner for the first time. I do really like it and when I blow out my hair it looks great but I am not sure I would repurchase again. I am still deciding…I have no complaints, I am just not sure it wowed me for the price which I believe is about 23$ a bottle (but I got mine for just over 16$ each). Until I decide, it is giving me smooth controllable locks and I am grateful for that!

I also use my Moroccan Oil about once a week. I would use it more but I feel like my curls and blow outs in general last longer when I don’t use it and I try to shampoo every 2-3 days if I can make it to keep my long hair from being too dry.

My usual hair styling routine is: I blow out my hair 2x a week with a medium round brush in sections on 90% dry hair. 1x a week I do a soft side braid to avoid over heating/styling my hair. Then on the occasion I use my flatiron to curl my hair or my hot rollers for volume. I used to use velcro rollers all the time (I even have a video on how to use them if you are interested) but my velcro rollers are in storage with most of our stuff right now…I can’t wait until we find a house and we can get our stuff back-that is a whole other story for another time though!!

I have a new arsenal of hair products to try soon so I will of course review them for you guys once I get a feel for their results!

Wishing you manageable hair and hairgasms,
Dianna

I also love the writing on your Moroccan Oil bottle :) I also think it ROCKS! Thanks for giving me the downlow on your hair routine because I always wondered how it always looks so healthy and freshly done. I battle the not trying to wash everyday b/c I cannot go a day without showering. Getting better with a new dry shampoo powder I’ve absolutely FALLEN IN LOVE with! Johnny boy actually bought it for me from Ulta.com (what a great guy huh?!) it’s Oscar Blandi’s Dry Shampoo. It’s a white powder but doesn’t stay white in my really dark brown hair and totally allows me more volume and healthier hair with every other day washes!

I love the Oscar Blandi Dry Shampoo! It has the best smell of all the dry shampoos I have ever used and lasts for ages! I’ve been using it for years! Nice choice :) What a great catch you have!

Not washing everyday is super important for healthier hair and dry shampoo can really help with that! Also using the gentlest shampoo you can only at the root and then rinsing. You never need to shampoo your hair from root to tips (unless you are using a cleansing conditioner) xo
